ONLINE STORE GUIDE

Thanks for your interest in setting up a Custom Inkd Online Store for your club, business or organisation!

Our online stores make merchandise ordering simple — your members/staff place and pay for their own orders directly through the store, meaning no collecting sizes, chasing payments or coordinating individual orders yourself.

ONLINE STORE SETUP — $150 + GST

Your setup includes:

• Your own branded online merchandise store
• Up to 5 product listings
• Product images/mock-ups and variants
• Online ordering and individual customer payments
• Store management throughout the agreed ordering period

Additional products can be added for $5 + GST per product.

HOW IT WORKS

Your store will open for an agreed ordering period.

Customers browse the range, select their sizes/options and pay for their own orders directly online.

Once the store closes, Custom Inkd will tally all orders and begin ordering and manufacturing everything together.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks from the store closing date for manufacturing.

There are no minimum order quantities on our standard products, so customers are free to order individually without the club/business needing to coordinate a bulk order.

SUBLIMATED PRODUCTS

Sublimated and other custom-manufactured products may have supplier minimum order quantities (MOQ).

We will tell you the applicable MOQ before you approve the product for your store.

By choosing to include a sublimated product, the Store Host agrees to cover any shortfall required to meet that product's minimum.

For example, if the MOQ is 10 and customers purchase 7, the Store Host will purchase the remaining 3.

This only applies to products where an MOQ has been clearly advised and agreed to before the store launches.

COLLECTION & POSTAGE

Collection from Custom Inkd is our standard and preferred option for all online stores.

As stores operate for a set period, orders are bulk produced and processed together.

Individual postage requires additional sorting, packing and order management, which can significantly disrupt the production workflow and is not advised and is therefore not recommended.

Postage can still be arranged where required at an additional cost.

READY TO GET STARTED?

If you'd like us to create your store, simply fill out the form below and make payment, we will organise with you, your product range, designs and pricing with you before anything goes live.

You'll have the opportunity to view and approve your store before launch.

Once approved, your store can then be prepared for launch. Also once your items are all setup and no changes are required, we can re-open up to four times per year at no extra charge.

**Changes After Store Launch / Future Reopening

Any changes or additions requested after your online store has launched, including changes required for future store reopening dates, will be treated as new product setup and charged at $5 + GST per product requiring changes.

Please complete the form below with the required updates. The initial store setup fee does not apply to these changes.

We take care of the store, customer orders and payments — you get to offer your people great branded merchandise without having to manage everyone's individual orders yourself.

STORE SETUP

I agree to the $150 + GST Online Store Setup Fee, which includes setup of the online store and up to 5 product listings.

Additional products are charged at $5 + GST per product.

I understand that the setup fee is payable before the store is launched.

ORDERING & PRODUCTION

I understand that:

• The store will operate for an agreed ordering period.

• Customers will place and pay for their own orders directly through the online store.

• Once the store closes, orders will be combined and manufacturing will commence.

• Production is approximately 2–4 weeks from the store closing date unless items are being sublimated which in that case would be 4-6weeks.

• Collection from Custom Inkd is the standard option. Postage may be arranged at an additional cost.

SUBLIMATED PRODUCTS

I understand that some sublimated/custom-manufactured products have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).

Any applicable MOQ will be disclosed before I approve the product for the store.
