Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with Custom Inkd Apparel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.

2. Made-to-Order Production

  • All products are made to order.

  • Production does not begin until full payment or an approved deposit is received.

  • Standard production times are up to 14 days, but may vary based on order volume, stock availability, or peak seasons.

  • Custom Inkd reserves the right to adjust timeframes; customers will be notified of significant delays.

3. Artwork & File Submission

  • All artwork must be supplied in a print-ready format (PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS or vector).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by low-quality or incorrect artwork files.

  • If artwork requires editing, additional fees may apply.

  • By providing artwork, you confirm that you have the legal rights and permission to use it. Custom Inkd accepts no liability for copyright breaches.

4. Colour & Print Disclaimer

  • Colours may vary slightly between screens, mockups and the final printed product due to fabric type, screen calibration and natural printing variances.

  • Small variations in placement, scale and colour are normal and not considered faults.

  • We do not provide refunds or remakes for minor variations.

5. Apparel & Product Stock

  • All blank apparel is sourced from Australian suppliers.

  • Each item of apparel is ordered in as required.

  • Stock levels change daily with our providers; if an item becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or refund that portion of the order. 

  • We are not responsible for supplier delays that impact production time.

6. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before production, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

  • For club stores, team stores, and micro-storefronts, payouts occur monthly or as agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping occurs only after the production period (up to 14 days).

  • Delivery times vary based on location and are controlled by Australia Post.

  • Custom Inkd is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage in transit once the parcel has been lodged.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

8. Local Pickup

Where applicable, customers may choose local pickup. Pickup times are arranged in advance. Orders not collected within 30 days may be disposed of or donated unless otherwise discussed.

9. Returns, Refunds & Remakes

Because all items are custom-made:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or customer-provided artwork issues.

  • If a product arrives faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will replace it at no cost.

  • Faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item, with clear photos.

10. Club Stores, Team Stores & Micro-Storefronts

  • By approving a design or store setup, the client confirms all pricing, artwork, and products.

  • Design changes after store launch may incur additional fees.

  • Custom Inkd handles printing, packing, shipping, and customer service for storefront orders unless otherwise agreed.

11. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before production may receive a refund minus any design/setup work completed.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun.

12. Quality Expectations

  • Handmade and printed items may contain small variations that are unavoidable in custom manufacturing.

  • These are not considered defects.

13. Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by Custom Inkd remain our intellectual property unless paid for separately as a full design release.

  • Custom Inkd may use images of completed work for marketing unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

14. Privacy

  • Personal information is used only for order processing and is never sold or shared.

  • Payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
