Shipping Policy

At Custom Inkd, all products are made to order, ensuring every item is crafted with care, accuracy, and premium quality. Because of this, production times can take up to 2 weeks before your order is ready to be shipped.

Processing & Production Time

All items are produced on demand.
Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be created before it is dispatched.
During peak periods or large club/brand orders, production times may vary — we’ll always communicate if delays occur.

Shipping Method

We currently ship all orders using Australia Post.

All parcels are sent via Express Post for faster delivery once dispatched.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched via Express Post, delivery times typically range from 1–5 business days depending on your location within Australia.
